Any ideas about fermentable sugar in honey?

brewed my at peters ipa this morning and for a bit of fun I put 1kg of honey in it gave ne a starting gravity of 1.062 ish is honey good for fermenting ? I wonder how low it will go ?
Anyone tried this before ?
 
Honey's fully fermentable and about 75% sugar, so 750g of sugar has obviously raised your OG but won't elevate your FG.
