Any idea what this is?

I had a couple of 2L bottles of water left over from my last brew so though I'd use it to mix up some fresh Starsan yesterday.

Today it has this in it. I've never come across this before. Is it normal?

you mean its a lil cloudy? yes that can be normal depending on the mineral content of the water, as long as its ph is still below 2.5 iirc its still viable.

Part Soaking: Use 1 ounce of STAR SAN per 5 gallons of water. Parts must have contact with solution for
30 seconds and put on wet. When solution begins to cloud, sweeten with Star San or Phosphoric Acid.
Solution must remain at a pH at 3 or below to maintain proper sanitizing level

It's probably not that clear from the picture, actually, but I was talking about the white thing floating in the middle of it. Kind of looks a bit like a cobweb.

It usually goes a bit cloudy, but I haven't seen any strange floaters before.

if in doubt bin it, not exactly expensive.. tho ive not come across any suspended webs in my solutions i would bin pdq if i did.

I can see the cobweb now. I would be inclined to bin it.
