Another WOW

After reading Moleys great how to & the other posts I have been inspired to make 2 gallons of WOW (As I had 3 DJ's lying around) only made wine once before :wha: I have filled the DJ's 3/4 full just in case of volcanic like yeast eruptions allthough it is fermenting like crazy day 2 there is no yeast eruptions yet maybe its the yeast I used Girvin No5 :wha: I will be refering to moleys how to for the next step in the production prosess very soon.
