Another newbie signing up.

Hi all.

Was chatting about home brew on a fishing forum last night and after reading someones post about ginger beer, I set off a surfin' to find a recepie and landed on here.
I ended up having a bit of a nose about and found that I liked what I see.

I'm based in Kidderminster England and I've been brewing on and off for something like 30 years - I've mainly got over the bottle bombs and vineger stage.
After a bit of a break from brewing, I've settled into a new house and have just started up again.
Even though I'm not drinking at the moment those autumn nights and the end of my diet are on their way and I am working hard to build up a stock while its wam enough to brew easily.

I can see why you might think that but honestly the garbage I spout is mostly just me, sprinkled with some quotes from various internet sources.

Feel free to lurk, there's plenty of useful information here, but don't be afraid to ask when you get back into full production. Any problems, I'd be happy to nip round and try to give a few pointers. What part of town? I'm in Greenhill.

If his tag on the map is acurate, I'm probably a couple of hundred meters away from a member calling himself "Mr Frosty" but i've not come across any of his posts yet.
