Another newbie for the list

Hi all, having been through a few threads looking for answers to the many questions I had I thought it was about time I signed up, introduced myself and talked with like minded people on a new hobby I've recently become obsessed with. Wasn't intending on writing an essay so I'll keep it brief but I'm currently brewing all grain, biab 1 gallon brews. Started with a kit from homebrewtique which I fermented in a carboy in water tank with aquatic heater. I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out and have been buying ingredients and brewing every since. I'm now 6 brew days down and it's all I read or think about

That's the spirit. My good lady accuses me of much the same, but she's wrong because I sometimes think about sex as well.

Plenty to research but don't let it overwhelm you as it's a labour of love but that doesn't stop your head spinning. Any questions then please don't feel they are to stupid to ask if you can't find the answer someone else will help..
