HI , I have been living in Spain for 12 years now and n the last year have started to make my own real ale from kits bought from Balliihoo. If anyone can reccomend other suppliers then I am always interested. I have not made any ale for the last 2 months as this would be out of the temperature range suggested on the beer kits I have bought. This always lists fermenting temp between 18-26 degrees. Would there be a major problem fermenting in temperatures upto 35 degrees?
