Hi,

I made a starter which was probably done fermenting about a week ago but I didnt get the time to brew. I have left it standing at room temperature(slightly colder) snce it finished fermenting I just wonder if it's worth using or if I should bin it and start again?

It's only the same kind of time period that a brew would sit if doing a 10 day primary, so should be ok. Give it a sniff make sure it smells ok and go for it.
