I'm looking to bottle carbonated beer from a Fermzilla. I've not done it before but am about to get a CO2 cylinder and other necessary equipment. I'm wondering what the best way to bottle my beer is. I don't have kegs and I would much rather bottle the beer than keg it as it's only me drinking beer and I like to share it with people and do bottle swaps.
Counter pressure fillers seem to be a better option but take longer to fill and require a bit more work whereas beer guns are simpler but are more likely to foam. I'm currently leaning towards the beer gun option as it will be quicker, but cost looks more. Blichmann beer gun has good reviews but is very expensive and I too am weary of cheaper copies.
