Pearlfisher
Landlord.
I made a Brupak West Riding Wheat beer with 700g honey added after 3 days fermentation . I only brewed it to about 20L due to the FV which I hadn't used before being incorrectly calibrated.
It's been kegged 7 days now and when I tried a sample it tasted like Andrews and very bitter , do you think there's any hope for it or is it destined for the drain?
