Funnily enough that's what my Czech pilsner was fermented with. When I say it was fermented in the winter there was a minor heatwave that week.You could do a Czech pilsner using cml hell yeast - it has a temperature range of 12 to 19 and I couldn't tell much if any difference in the result at these extremes.
Also good for drinking young for getting most aroma from the saaz.
