Well I'm somewhat more cautious with volts, having made an instantaneous journey across my bedroom in my mid teens when testing a PSU I built from plans found in 'electronic today' (or similar)

You might want to put the choc block connector inside a waterproof junction box as it looks like a mains powered pump from those wires

Surely that’s the on/off switch?
