Hi everyone, Jim's the name! I got my first all grain batch going on Saturday, and already I can see both the fantastic appeal of the hobby, and the possible mistakes I made!

I've done the odd country wine, ginger beer and turbo cider in the past but this seems to be the real deal and what I want to do. Hope to save £££ too :-)
