I was wondering if anybody has experience of the Alfa laval plate heat exchangers? What appeals is the ability to take them apart but apparently it's best avoided in favour of clean in place ?
So are they overkill for a 100 l set up?
Where would I get one?
How much used?
And any other thoughts very welcome.
