Just before you add the yeast :thumb:
Bit late now :lol:
Seriously the best time is just before the yeast is added, you could take a reading now to get an idea of what the OG (Original Gravity) was.

oh sugar lol, i`ll have to do it in the morning now, after my diastrous (but tiddly) wine tasting experiments tonight, i`ll probably fall in it lol.
