I'm sure this is a common question so sorry if I'm repeating!

I started my wilko 30 bottle redwine kit over two weeks ago, it showed no activity for about a week, and then the airlock started bubbling away, and it's never stopped!

It has slowed down a lot but was still going about every minute. I've had a peak inside the fermenter, there's not loads of activity but some small bubbles still appearing. Problem is, I forgot to take a SG reading so can't use a hydrometer to test it. Should I just leave it till the airlock stops bubbling? (it has currently stopped but presumably just because I peaked inside so let the pressure out).

Thanks in advance

Jonathan

When the airlock has stopped bubbling and it's beginning to clear, it's a sign the fermentation has finished. If it were me I would leave it until that point and then take an SG reading to confirm that its finished. It wont do it any harm to leave it in the FV between now and then.

It needs to build up pressure in the headspace, hence the delay. You peeked so it might take some time to start bubbling again.

I've got a Wilko 30 bottle Rose kit that has finally stopped bubbling after nearly 3 weeks. I'm planning to bottle tomorrow, just need to check that I have enough bottles, otherwise I may need to empty one or two, just to be on the safe side.

You can still check the gravity. So long as you followed the kit instructions, it was probably in and around the target OG. I imagine the instructions also give you a target FG so it should give you an indication of where it's at.
