Hi,
I wondered what would be your favourite recipe with the following bill-
Marris otter malt
Medium crystal malt
Torrified wheat
Falconer's Flight Hops
I have US05 and CML PIA yeast

Torrified wheat optional.

Cheers

My house APA is 50% pale 50% Vienna with only Falconers Flight so you could go with a 100% MO version of that I suppose, or add a tiny bit of crystal.

30g of FF at 15mins
35g at 5mins
40g at flameout
95g dry hop

I usually use BRY-97 so either of the yeasts you have would sub in fine.

Thanks Mick, you leave your hops late in the process.
Do you no chill?

I use an immersion chiller.

I like the smoother bitterness and flavour extraction from late additions with American hops so all my APAs, IPAs and American blondes is this technique. You end up using more hops but I like the result.

May do one like this for my wife, she likes a similar style, maybe more neutral malt flavour. I like a slightly more caramel backbone and a reasonable degree of bitterness.
