Landlord.
Making a my 1st stout this weekend and wanted advice on most suited hops quantities and addition times plus any other comments. Heres what I have so far
4.5Kg Maris otter
500g Crystal
250g Chocolate
250g Malted oats
100g Carafa 3
25g Target 60 mins
30g EKG 20 mins
small amount of licorice end of boil
Going for a full bodied mash temp and batch sparging
I have a range of hops british american and new zealand they include bramling cross, first gold, wai iti, cascade, fuggles, amarillo and citra and maybe a few others.
