AG No 4 lager (With Pics & Video's)

Hi all, Decided to brew AG No 4 today after speaking to a few of you lot in the chatroom last night ! Mash is on, boiler is setup ! A few pics to follow ! Watching Grand Prix in the garage with a coffee ! Will update later !

Hi all, Here is the update for my AG No 4 Lager, mashed early this morning 1st batch sparge was spot on :shock: 2nd batch sparge was spot on :shock: Neither got stuck Boiled for 60 mins instead of the usual 90 mins. Cooled the wort down to about 24C and pitched the yeast and then bunged the FV in my new brewing fridge, going to wait for the yeast to start fermenting and then knock the temprature down to 12C and ferment at that.

Ingredients:

3.50Kg Lager Malt
0.40Kg Caramalt
0.40Kg Corn, Flaked
54g Sazz Hops (60 Min Boil)

Safalger Yeast W34/70

Est Original Gravity 1.044 SG
Est Final Gravity 1.013 SG
Estimated ABV 4.09%

Hi all, Just a quick update on the FermentoFridge Checked the fridge temp over the last few days and its been between 11.9C & 12.7C give or take .1C. Just checked it this morning (It was cold up here this morning) and it was sitting at 11.3C checked inside and the tube heater was just warm too the touch so the temp must have dropped below 11C during the night and lo and behold my TC10 has switched on my Tube Heater and the temp was making its merry way back to 12C :clap: So I can confirm that my FermentoFridge & TC10 are currently working as planned :party:
