Hi sorry for the newbie question. I will be starting my first AG brew soon using equipment that i have built up using a cool box as a Mash Tun. My question is, when a recipe calls for 60 Mins at 66C then 10 Mins at 75C how do you raise the temp of the Mash Tun, do you just add boiling water until the temp is 75C?
Sorry if its obvious but the recipes i've read talk about specific amount of water for the mash so not sure if you can add more to raise the temperature.
