This is my first attempt at brewing a clone of Woodfordes Wherry. I found several pointers from people who used own and run the company, so i am hoping for some good results. My all singing all dancing machine is mashing it now  Hopefully, a good tasting session will happen in a few weeks.

Hopefully with all the secrets that have been divulged i should manage something close to the real thing, its better now that my Braumeister can maintain constant mash temps etc. As an Engineer i need accuracy in my job as its important to control variation, the hit and miss i had with the previous setup (which i must sell!) was good mind you, but i now have something i can go back too to control it properly i am a happier man.

After all it's an Engineer's job to be a control freak!!! :ugeek:

I will post shortly to sell of my Mash tun and 50Ltr kettle.

Ok, well i ended up with 20 ltrs @ 1.040 Happy with that!
