Lager has been dry hopped at room temp for the last week and today it got a final gravity check - stable at 1.011
Get it bottled!!!!

lovely and pale and crystal clear and tastes very nice (for a lager) - very saazy.
it can carb up at room temp for a bit and then back in the cellar for a month!

Decided to have a cheeky test as the bottles are firming up.
Tastes very crisp and very saaz-y. Light golden colour and drinkable!!!
Is it a traditional lager, or pils, or (insert name here)? Nope.
But then again I have no idea on most lager styles as it's not something I drink much of - other than a bit of Stella if it's hot outside or at mates houses.
Does it taste better than Stella, oh yes

Think it's time to put them in the cellar for a month now.
