Grain Bill:


6800g Marris Otter 82%
670g Munich Malt 8%
670g Carapils 8%
200g Oat Malt 2%

Hops:
15g Magnum 17.3% FWT
40g Equinox 15.5% 15min
30g Equinox 15.5% 5min
40g Equinox 15.5% Flameout Steep
80g Equinox 15.5% Dry hop 10 days
Irish Moss 15min


Mash at 66°C for 60 minutes
Boil for 60 min.


Yeast: Ossett Brewery Yeast

Ferment at 22°C
Brew to 30 litres
IBU: 48

SG: 1053
FG: 1014

No holding back there! That's another hop I need to try. So many hops...

Like the sound of this one. Got some Equinox to use myself, so would be interested to hear how this turns out.
