Today I decided to do a double / split brew day. Both a blonde ale.

AG#60

Name: ArmChair Blonde

Grain Bill:
2020g Marris Otter 45%
2020g Lager Malt 45%
450g Carapils Malt 10%

Hops:
10g Magnum 17.3% FWT
12g Mt. Hood 5.4% 15min
26g Mt. Hood 5.4% 0min
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 66°C for 75 minutes
Boil for 60 min.

Yeast: Ossett Brewery
Ferment at 18°C
Brew to 25 litres
IBU: 20

SG: 1041
FG: 1010

Brew Date: 05/03/2015

EST ABV: 4.1%

25g Summit 17.5% 0min
20g Apollo 19.5% 0min
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 66°C for 75 minutes
Boil for 60 min.

Yeast: 2 x Nottingham Ale
Ferment at 18°C
Brew to 28 litres
IBU: 20

SG: 1042
FG: 1010

Brew Date: 05/03/2015

EST ABV: 4.2%

When i split a pale I batch I tend to do one with big hops and one with milder hops, to give me the choice.
 
Thats the kind of beer I like to brew, but have never used those hops before, I might have to get some in
