Well my only day off this week and decided to brew a Christmas ale. One I can condition until November / December time.
I also had my highest effieiency today @ 89.5%

Name: Festive Pip

Grain Bill:

7500g Maris Otter 85%
500g Carapils 5.5%
500g Special B 5.5%
250g Dark Crystal 120l 3%
50g Treacle <1%
60g Molasses <1%

Hops:

35g Magnum 17.3% at First Wort
5 Cloves at 10 min
3 Orange Zest at 10 min
2 Cinnamon Sticks at 10 min
1.5tsp Nutmeg at 10 min
Irish Moss 10min

Mash at 68°C for 75 minutes
60 minute boil
6g of Gypsum in mash

Yeast:

2 x Nottingham Ale Yeast
Ferment at 18°C
Brewed to 36 litres
IBU:43
SG: 1065
FG: 1014

I would have left the aromatic additions till end of boil. Would the boil not drive off the flavours your adding. I was advised my a micro brewery near me to always add stuff like that at last minute
 
First time I've done a Christmas brew and the first time I've added these ingredients.
I was happy with the taste or the wort. Will know better when I come to drink it ;)
