Had some spare time today, so decided to get a brew on. This is an American Pale ale.

5430g Marris Otter 85%
600g Carapils 10%
350g Amber Malt 5%
Hops:
15g Warrior Pellet 15.7% 60min First Wort
15g Nelson Sauvin 12.59% 15min
15g Nelson Sauvin 12.59 5min
20g Nelson Sauvin 12.59 Flameout
Irish Moss 15min
Mash at 66°C for 75 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..

Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 30 litres
IBU:36
SG: 1046
FG: 1011
