My last brew of 2014, and this is to be entered into the Morley Homebrew mild competition in Feb.
This year ive brewed 719 litres!

Name: Oracle Mild

Grain Bill:
3130g Mild Malt 76%
410g Crystal Malt 120 10%
350g Sugar 8%
160g Flaked Maize 4%
80g CaraIII 2%

Hops:
30g Brambling X 5.3% First Wort
20g EKG 5.95% 5min
Irish Moss 15 minutes

Mash at 68°C for 75 minutes
60 Minute Boil
Pinch of Gypsum

Yeast:
WY1469 West Yorkshire Ale
Ferment at 18°C
Brew to 29 litres
IBU:21

SG: 1036
FG: 1008

That looks great, nice grain bill, hops and yeast.

Well I managed to get around to bottling and kegging this today.

It finished at 1009 giving it an abv of 3.6%
