cheers man, was working this morning at 8 so didnt get to properly toast the wee yin last night, having a few jaipur IPA's and toasting Thistle's 6th straight win in the league from 6 games. Sitting drinking Jaipur IPA after a Jags win toasting yer wee dug is FOR REAL.
 :drink:

hi guys, just as a wee final note, wee had Meg individually cremated and received her ashes back today! how better to toast than with a homebrew!

Wish i had done now :(
She's at Rainbow bridge with my willow waiting for us. :thumb:

Are you going to spread her ashes anywhere special, or keep them as a memorial?

If you spread them, will youu throw a pint of the brew to wind with the ashes?

I dread the day we lose our old Boxer, she's still typically Boxer stupid for now, even at 9, but we know it's getting closer :(

I hope I manage to create a damn good memorial ale for our Millie when she passes, considering her drinking history I know she'd appreciate it :)

we were planning on scattering the ashes up at our caravan in Lochgoilhead as she used to go out swimming on the loch every week, but I've convinced my Mum to keep the ashes in the house, after years of watching the Royle Family, we decided to keep her in the living room next to the tv, just like Norma!

my dad has had 3 boxers in the last few years man they are class dugs, stoopid as the day is long and slabbery big bar stewards but they are big bestards! his first one he has as a pup was Cassie, his second was a rescued dog called Millie aswell lol and the third was my stepmums sisters who passed away, called Daisy, both Daisy and Millie are white boxers who are completely deaf.

Out younger boxer is a whitey, fortunately he's not deaf (well, only selectively ;) ), got enough brindle spots on him to have helped him avoid that problem.

He's a rescue too. My wife is a member of a boxer rescue charity, his owners wanted him gone and were threatening him with the vet, we picked him up to look after him for a night before he was transferred to the charity kennel, that was 2 years ago....

I keep telling him I'm still waiting for the collection :D

The pair of them are currently sat either side of me trying to convince me that I haven't fed them breakfast yet, after all the food bowls are empty!!
