Final Gravity (Predicted): 1.011
Alcohol Content (Predicted): 4.9% ABV
Bitterness: 40ish IBU
Colour: 8 EBC

Mash out and FWH.

That's supposed to be a picture of the gravity at 1.049, and not of my untidy garage.
