Fantastic. Tried my mates version of "Big Kenny" it was lovely. I was more interested in the Youngs Ale Yeast. I have just used it, it tasted awful during fermentation.... But it's started to taste better as it's clearing. Very neutral.

I would only use it in desperation (as I did with the Kenny). Once I get moved going to do another Kenny but with a Liquid yeast, probably Burton or WLP02. It did produce a very good beer though but I put that down more to the recipe rather than the yeast :lol:
