215g 60L Crystal Malt 5%
215g Torrified Wheat 5%
Hops:
24g Goldings 6.2% 60min
24g Northdown 7.47% 15min
24g Challenger 7.47% 15min
24g Goldings 6.2% Dry Hop
Irish Moss 15min
Mash at 65°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.
Yeast:WY1469 Yorkshire Yeast
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 24 litres
IBU: 33
SG: 1037
