230g 60L Crystal Malt 4%

100g Pressed Oats 2%
85g Black Malt 1%


Hops:
25g Columbus 16.5% 60min
14g Willamette 6.4% 15min
14g Willamette 6.4% 0min
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.

Yeast:
Nottingham Ale
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 26 litres
IBU: 29
