Looks like a good one.

Enlighten me - when you say you added to the yeast cake from your previous brew, is it as simple as 'pitching' your fresh wort into the fermenter from the previous brew? Do you rack off the previous brew for bottling/kegging/secondary, leaving you with the yeast cake all in the same brew session? What are the benefits - do you get a much more active and rapid fermentation due to the amount of yeast?

I dryhopped the last brew and only use a primary, so id need to bag my dry hops so that i could extract them.

The previous brew came out 5 mins before I added this to the same FV.
The yeast is still lively when I added this wort!
It helps the ale start fermenting sooner, rather than making a starter

Sounds like an effective production line youve got going on - I tend to not have time to bottle from primary, and do the next brew, all on the same day but this is worth a consideration if I were to be able to get organised enough to do it. Thanks.

Just took my FG reading and its dropped to 1010, giving me an ABV of 4.5%

thinnings were also added to see if I can clear some of the darkness in the ale.

This maybe bottled early next week or kegged, not to sure yet.
