Sunday 7/10/12 - AG#2
Hop Back Mild from: Graham Wheeler
An eventful brew day, shorter than the first by 2 hours, hope to get this down as I do more and gain experience.
Came up short on temp with mash (forgot to add 10°C to HLT temp) and had to add hot liquor, though all other targets were met.

Mash temp (after adding hot liquor) - aiming for 67°C
Mash out temp - better after adding insulation to lid (jacket)
Sparging
First Runnings - Nice and dark
Nearing Boil
Nice rolling boil and good hot break
90 minute Hops going in
10 minute Hops going in
OG Spot on, 1032 @ 20°C (must get a clearer hydrometer)
Cooling
FV tucked up in newly modified fermentation cabinet (replaced door lining to accomodate my larger FV)

A very satisfying but hard Sunday.
