Hop Back Mild from: Graham Wheeler

An eventful brew day, shorter than the first by 2 hours, hope to get this down as I do more and gain experience.
Came up short on temp with mash (forgot to add 10°C to HLT temp) and had to add hot liquor, though all other targets were met.

Brewhouse efficiency 77%

Mash temp (after adding hot liquor) - aiming for 67°C

Mash out temp - better after adding insulation to lid (jacket)

A very satisfying but hard Sunday.

All this brewing and nothing mature to taste, yet.

Ah I see, I've been on the look out on freecycle, ebay and gumtree and would love it if they listed the internal measurements. Bloomin' ice boxes are a pain too haha. Well done on the conversion.
