Your bottling bucket/bottling filling technique seems pretty standard. I have filled 500ish bottles and never had any problem!

Brewed this cheeky little number last weekend, save for the dry hopping. Ended up with 15 litres at 1.066, so a bit short on volume but high on gravity. Been on IPA yeast for just over a week, which has brought it down to 1.012, and still going. Tastes fantastic! Looking forward to getting it primed and bottled.
