I wouldn't brew a hoppy summer ale now. I'd prefer to drink it fresh.

So if you wanted it for July I'd be looking at brewing it about April time.

Just my opinion obviously, but I think a hoppy ale brewed now will have peaked before the summer.

So brew it now, 'taste' it for the next 3 months and brew another in April - job done :party: :drunk:
