Could not make it to MD's brewday today as Mrs Siv wasnt feeling to good. But this afternoon she picked up and felt guilty about me missing out so suggested that i get a brew on myself.

The Grain bill -
Pale Malt - 6000grms
Crystal Malt - 340grms
Chocolate Malt - 240grms

The Hops -
Challenger - 40grms 90 minutes
Fuggles - 20grms 90minutes
EK Goldings 20grms last 10 minutes.

The grain goes in -

Mash on -

Sparging begins -

Ended up collecting 36ltrs
Comming to the boil -

First hops go in -

.
Ended up with 30ltrs at 1.056.

Chilling the wort -

Well got 27ltrs in the FV which im going to use S04 on.
And a DJ full which im going to use T58 on.
All in all, a very good brew day, altho im still gutted amout missing MD's.

Well no surprises the good old S04 is doing exactly what it says on the packet. A decent head after about 9 hours. I decided to move it to a young wine fementing bucket, as these hold around 30ltrs.

Now the T58 went off like a rocket, within 4 hours it looked like this, Now ive no idea what this one is going to end up at, as ive never used T58 before, but having 3 packets of it in the freezer i decided to give it a go.
