So my first adventure away from kits.
I chose to do a tribute clone as my first AG as I thought i would have enough to worry about on the day that i didnt want the recipe to be another factor, so i bought a pre weighed out AG pack which contained:
The day seemed to go ok just glad the SWMbO was out all day as i flooded the kitchen on multiple occasions, mianly due to a leaky bodge job wort chiller, i think i need to look at soldering on adapters instead of relying on jubilee clips and sealant.
the other main problem i had was my pot was so bit it took up the whole stove but wasnt so big it covered the the whole of the burners so it felt a lot of heat was wasted, so i think i may but a gas burner or may add some kettle elements to it.
looking forward to the next one, thanks for the help in getting me this far guys
