Planning a Best Bitter for my next brew, first of two Die Hard inspired beers (if you know the film, you’ll understand the name!)
Going for something relatively simple, as first brew in about 9 years! Restarting my brew count at 1:
91% Maris Otter
7% Medium Crystal
2% Wheat Malt
45g Bramling Cross - First Wort Addition
38g Bramling Cross - 25 mins
25g Fugglea - Dry Hop (3 days)
WLP005 - British Ale yeast
28L batch.
Ordering from Malt Miller this week and wil have time to finish my Coolbox MT conversion in the meantime! Brew day planned for a couple of week’s time - keep you posted!
