tbh i reckon it would be pretty naff and seems a bit dear vs this one:

which isnt any better but would maybe do for some spec malts were just need it broken up a bit-i reckon best bet is to do it properly or keep getting it crushed and just deal with any oxidation issues

but really need someone with a bit more exp

Yeah, I was coming to the conclusion this would be a false economy.
Of course, I don't actually NEED a maltmill at all... :-)

Crushed malt will last a very very long time if stored dry, Un crushed will store longer.
Un crushed is cheaper than crushed but if you're looking at it from a cost pov at around £4 saved on a sack it will take you a long time to recover the initial cost. If like me however, you intend to brew for life it will pay for itself eventually, if that's your take.
I recently threw away (composted) 6 sacks of Maris Otter and around 3 sacks of mixed coloured malts...if they'd have been whole I'd probably have had the confidence to still use them

and above all...some things you have to have if you're me

Uncrushed malt takes ~30% less storage space. This might be a key point if you're short on space in the shed (like me). I reckon buying grain crusher as my best investment in this hobby. ;)
