Im slowly getting a a g kit together i have got a 30 litre water heater and 30 litre mash tun and a 70 litre boiler. How would i get my boiler filled to 60 litres so i can fill 2 fv about 46 litres. Is it possible.???? If so how.

You are going to have to mash with 30lt then sparge with whatever the recipe calls for, but you are going to have to sparge in 2 goes to get your 60lt for boiling. Can be done but your mash will cool as the next lot heats. Or make another HLT.

Will you not need to mash twice rather than just an extra sparge/lauter? Me thinks you'll need an extra/bigger mash tun. You'll also need that bigger HLT but your boiler could double up for that.

Might be best to start off aiming for 23L.
