advice needed. First RO brew tomorrow

Ended up with a mash ph of 4.85. Too late to fix it but at least I know for next time to but back on additions.
Looking at your additions for RO water what jumps out is 8 g gypsum! 4 g Epsom salt! You don't need Epsom salt, the grain will provide your magnesium content. 2.5 g of chloride I would have matched with gypsum so 2.5 g of gypsum and 3 g of acid 10% phosphoric or lactic acid. Depending on the amount of crystal, which I presume wouldn't have been much that should have got you in the ball park. Baking soda you wouldn't need.
 
Yes will cut back on the gypsum and maybe Epsom salts to then. The beer is a deep copper colour so more crystal that I thought. The high levels of gypsum were to match the calcium levels in the water profile I was chasing!

Next few brews are all pales but will still need to cut back.
