Great video - I especially liked the bloke wearing a tie to skim the yeast,
Interesting to hear the head brewer say the most important things are quality ingredients and cleanliness - so not much has changd since the 60s

It was, especially the bottling "railway"!

Out of interest, the narrator pronounces Ind (in Ind Coope) to rhyme with 'inned'. I always said it as 'hind' with a dropped aitch...which is it?

Id always called it 'inned', not sure why - maybe from my dad ?
He was partial to a Long Life ( and lived to 93 ! )

I would have said "Inned" but that's because until just now I thought it was "Ind." and an abbreviation of Independent rather than a surname.
