Adnams Ghost Ship 5l minikegs for £13 delivered on Amazon. Seems like a decent price and it's the kegs that can be easily reused (red bung on top).
Excellent kegs and a jolly good breakfast beer. I wish they'd ship to France. It's even closer than parts of Scotland.Adnams Ghost Ship 5l minikegs for £13 delivered on Amazon. Seems like a decent price and it's the kegs that can be easily reused (red bung on top).
They're reusable. The red, plastic twisty bit in the bung is in two parts. when you've drunk the beer, lever out the top part of the red plastic assembly and push the lower part into the tin. Carefully pull out the rubber insert without damaging or distorting the hole in which it sits. Recover the bottom red part from the can and reassemble.I was going to purchase one of these, either from Tesco if I go or Amazon, same price. Are the bungs on these reusable, or do you need to be a new one. Cheers.

Hi David, yes I tried this yesterday and the party deluxe tap fits perfectly, just pull the red tap off and the rest is the same as with the grey bungs.Has anybody used the party deluxe tap with the ghost ship or the like straight from the supermarket? bought a Ghost ship keg and it was flat by the next day, anyone else had this.
Thank you, thought it should be similar, now tesco have knocked £2 off until the start of december, will buy another.Hi David, yes I tried this yesterday and the party deluxe tap fits perfectly, just pull the red tap off and the rest is the same as with the grey bungs.

Ok thanks, was asking as the last one I bought was an old speckled hen, had to break the bung to get it off, keg itself is reusable, but these ones sound alot easier. They're reusable.
