adding body to a session pale

What do you guys do to add body to a light session pale?

I still like traditional crysal malt.

Most of the time, Cyrstal at less than 5%

mash at higher temp - more unfermentables

: I like Pale beers and add pale crystal malt with wheat malt. But I am going to try the new Caragold malt from www.theworcesterhopshopco.uk it looks and sounds great with citra ,simcoe hops.

I mash at about 69deg and drop the water in the mash to 2.3 l/kg
I also reduce the sparge water, so reducing the efficiency and obviously use more grain.
When below about 3% alc I sometime do not sparge at all, this give me an efficiency of about 60% (or is it 65%, ot a good memory today)
