American house are generally much larger than ours. Imagine those two existing are quite big.

It is kind of small, but this neighborhood is a mix of moderately sized houses (ours is 1244 square feet and two story) and small houses.

Maybe, maybe not as lots on this block are not very wide. But go fairly deep.
