Hi does anybody know if when you re-calibrate the boiling temp on a Ace system that it has to be done each time or does it remember the previous re-calibration?
Thanks Pete

Press the + and - button will take you into calibration mode. Use this to calibrate before and during mash/boil.

I'm pretty sure you have to do it each time. It has no memory for that Or for programming. One of the very minor drawbacks I guess. Have you seen the daft cat brewing youtube vids. Very informative on the ace system. Also magical pancakes vids. All great stuff. Do you need to ajust you calibration by much then mate.
