Hello all. I've made a good few Winexpert Reserve kits that have all turned out fine. I thought I'd have a change and bought an ABC Sauvignon Blanc craft kit for a change. It fermented fine and a I racked if off into my Fermonster and added the sorbate/sulphite, degassed then the Keilselsol and Chitosan as instructed. 2 weeks later, wine still cloudy so racked again into 2nd Fermonster and repeated Keilselsol and Chitosan. 2 weeks further on, there is a chunk more sediment but the wine is still decidedly hazy. Has anyone out there had any experience with this kit or a similar experience with another one. Any suggestions as to I could/should try next would be gratefully received.
