Put a brew down last night, Brewferm Abbey, Think I may have been a bit greedy as I used two cans total 18 litres with the addition of medium spraymalt instead of sugar, Had a real shock this morning 
. The lid was being forced of the FV by the vigourous fermentation, airlock had blocked about to blow.Panic over its settled down. :thumb:
Have found a recipe for Leffe dark clone but don't have the kit for aa all grain brew, is it possible to use extract-dry or liquid to make it. If so how can I convert the dry ingredients to extracts? Thanks in advance :thumb:
