A strange sight

Today i did my second attempt at a Big kenny All went well apart from the bloody rain as iwas cleaning up well ive made a few brews nowe and today when i cleaned out the boiler i noticed what i can only describe as a jelly like substance ??? Is this the proteins that have flocked or is there something a miss ive nevger noticed it before :!:

Never noticed anything like that Eddie, may be because I've always chill out side of the boiler.
I only ever have a cupful of wort left in with the hops and the hot break material and I transfer the brew to a second FV after 48 hours.
Your "jelly" could well be mixed in with the trub in my first FV.
