Can't believe it's August 23rd and I am doing first brew of the year !!

TMM true to style Red Ale (become a bit of a fan of Reds in the last few years)

Well Mash is on and I don't think I have forgotten anything so far ....

I am back after a year away from brewing . I thought I hadn't forgotten anything as I was doing the brew then after remembered wee things like Irish moss lol . It was Good to brew again as I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. Now waiting on more grain to arrive as only grain I have is crushed Pale Malt about 20 months old toying with using it though.

if you stored it cool and airtight it probably ok - taste it.
I have successfully used MUCH older.
